Terms & Conditions :

  • Price is for room only. Tioman island is a duty free island and is not subject to MySST tax
  • Rate excludes Ferry Transfers, Jetty Pickup, Pahang Tourism Tax, Tourism Tax (non-Malaysian citizen) & Marine Park Conservation Fee. Fund imposed by Malaysian Authorities
  • Super Peak Surcharge : RM50 nett per room per night / RM100 for Seafront & Seaview units for booking of ROOM ONLY will apply.
  • Additional mattress or sofa bed with bedsheet, comforter and pillows (if can accommodate) : a surcharge of RM 50 per mattress/sofa bed per night shall apply.
  • Optional meal vouchers are available: Breakfast RM30/set, Lunch RM40/set, Dinner RM50/set, BBQ Dinner RM70/set
  • A surcharge of RM50 nett per room per night for every ROOM ONLY booking is applicable on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, public holidays and selected Super High Season Dates as follows

  • FERRY TRANSFER (FROM TG GEMOK JETTY/MERSING JETTY TO TEKEK VILLAGE JETTY):
    ALL GUEST ARE REQUIRED TO CONTACT FERRY OPERATORS OR BOOK OWN FERRY TICKETS ONLINE BEFORE ARRIVAL
  • LAND TRANSFER / TEKEK JETTY PICKUP (FROM TEKEK VILLAGE JETTY TO BARAT TIOMAN RESORT):
    LAND TRANSFER IS REQUIRED AS WE ARE LOCATED ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE ISLAND. PRICE OF 2-WAY LAND TRANSFER BY 4WD:
    ADULT : RM60 / PERSON
    CHILD ( AGED 3 – 12 ) : RM40/PERSON
    DURATION : 30 MINUTES (ONE WAY)

 

Cancellation Policy :

  • Booking must be fully pre-paid and is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

We will accommodate any special needs you may have to the best of our ability. If you have specific requirements you would
like us to consider (e.g. to assist with a disability), please contact the resort at your earliest convenience.

  • Check-in Policy : The room is available from 14:00. Early checkin subject to availabilty.
  • Check-out Policy :The room must be vacated by 11:00am and a surcharge may apply in case of late check out.

 

Children Policy :

  • Accommodation is free for 1 child under 6 years old sharing bed with parents
  • Children 6 years old and above, full rate will apply

 

Guarantee Policy :

  • Full amount of stay is payable in advance by credit card or cash at the time of booking.
  • The Barat is not liable for any cancellation of ferry due to weather condition.
